Today started out like any other day, you wake up, you stretch, you pee, ask the kids what they want for breakfast, you then make it. Well waffles were apparently on the menu. I bust out my pancake mix only to see that the brand new box recently from the store was full of bugs. The joys of living in Alaska where every thing is shipped in and expires in less than a week. *sigh* So any how i thought, well hell i have lots of fresh blueberries i could make some from scratch. Yeah after getting every thing together and almost every thing mixed it was time to beat 4 egg whites to stiff peaks. My poor poor mixer still has not had its spinner things replaced so what felt like hours later and several muscles in my arms sprang i got them stiff. ha ha ha I dont suggest any one make home made waffles if you dont have a mixer what a pain in the wahoolahoo! So there is my super boring post today with a slightly terrifying picture if you dont know what your looking at. I got blankets to make tonight before bed and hair that is dying for dye. lol~ Be back later...
