So as you may of guessed there is not a sheep in sight tonight. In stead my mind was taken over by a peasent top for my Brenna. While rummage through blog after blog and stalking about my favorites i managed to find a FREE peasent top tutorial. Click Here! Its super simple. So simple i managed to mess it up just a tad. lol! I dont understand the whole measuring minus this thing to get these pattern shapes, so i just layed Brenna on top of what i wanted to use as material. I marked the important spots - top of shoulders, length of armpit hole, length of shirt. Well she is wearing this tomorrow unless it is rediculously too small for her, a little small im ok with. ha ha ha Other wise this one will be put aside and saved for little Alyviah. Oh wait i wanted to tell you that all those different stripes of colors i also put together. I got a huge 'scrap' bag of fabric from a store in town and these were in it, so i sewed 8 panels together (about the size of a standard pillow case if folded in half) and that is what i started with for material. Doesnt that rock!
So i hope you like the pics, i had fun, it might be my best work yet. I am excited to do it again and do it in dress'ish form for my little rabbit Brenna.
