Darn Blasted Brain!

I told my sister a couple of weeks ago that i would make her an apron. I searched and searched for the perfect pattern, and one day wala there it was. Beautiful bright colors just like she likes. I have also been all over the Internet looking for apron inspiration or a really cute free pattern. Well no pattern but lots of very cute aprons. I am self taught at sewing and frankly i dont understand most of it. It takes a long time for me to get it but when i do its there for good. I need a teacher! Any how i see these wonderful things in my head but i cant get them out the way i see them inside of me. The bib apron was not what was in my head and frankly i think my bulky pregnant body doesnt do this apron justice. Its not the most beautiful apron but i think it would look better on some one with a little less baggage in the front. I cant wait until my sister gets her apron. Oh then i told her i would make us matching aprons. Well making hers was a night mare! And of course once i do some thing once there just really is not a good way for me to recreate that. So i did this little half apron. It started out as a bib apron and i cut that part off cause i just cant get it to look the way i want it to right now in this body. So for now i am satisfied with my little apron. Its the same pattern as hers, and the bottom is very close to the same, but hers is pleated. I really need to re iron these.

Any how that was what i did today. The kids well they played out in the back yard so i had the whole house to myself. lol!

Cant wait to see what kinda snuff i come up with tomorrow, you never can tell with me. lol!
