Day 1 - Push ups and Pull ups/Hell in a hand basket! - I did it, made it through. Didnt do all the reps but kept a good eye on my form and my arms were jello in no time flat! Then you do the Ab killer or what ever its called and i felt the burn, wanted to die some more. Rolled on the floor for a while in pain and wondered who in their right mind would come up with these exercises?
Day 2 - All i remember is lunges and wide squatting jumping jacks. Again who in their right mind comes up with this stuff? Pain Pain Pain walking up stairs Pain! Walking down stairs PAIN! My house is slightly built like a town house so we have tons of stairs. PAIN!
Day 3 - i had been trying to get my husband on board for the past two days. He wasnt interested, you know gotta be cool and if the wife can do it than i of course would just knock it out of the water. Late that night an infomercial about it comes on. They show some before and after pics. He jumps up like Tarzan and decides he wants to start Day 1 RIGHT NOW!
I tried to tell him you dont just start when ever, that he needed to make sure he was in shape enough and that he should read the manual first. Ohhhh noooo Mr Know it all. 20 minutes into the work out he decides he cant do that many push ups cause he has to "poop" ha ha ha ha I almost fell out of my chair laughing at him. He comes back and half ass' the next few work outs then sits, actually it was more of a graceful collapse on the floor where he then layed down for seconds before jumping up and running out the front door. Mr Know it all threw up outside. He then comes in feeling so much better and acting like the force was with him tries to do it again only to end up back in the bathroom on the toilet finishing his round 1 situation. Needless to say he DID NOT do the whole video but has complained all night and all day about his arms hurting. *i laugh*
So while i want to die doing P90x it has turned into quite the entertainment for me when my husband does it. I cant wait for him to do day 2. I told him oh just wait till you do day 1 then day 2 the next day. Then go pick up our

aacckkk. people on myfitnesspal.com LOVE p90x. Frankly it scares the sh!t out of me. I'm a big fan of Chalene and Turbo Jam. It is a lot of fun and I will do this until I can move to her other videos. Anyway, good luck with Tony. I hear he is a killer!
It is scary! That first week you never know what your putting in your DVD player. lol! Its like pushing play to decided what part of your body isnt going to function the next few days.
