All the rage in the blogger world the last year has been the Tulle Skirts that you make at home. You cut up all these pieces then tie them on one long piece of tulle then tie them around your child or at least that is the no sew version i know. Any how i recently came across a blog and when i remember which on i will link back to it - there was a mom who made her daughter a simple tulle skirt with pom poms in it. One layer a few pom poms nothing fancy. But, i loved it and wanted to make one for my daughter. I did a three tier skirt with two different kinds of pom poms. I adore it and so does my little one. At first she was concerned some one would see her panties but i let her know of course this is a more 'dress up' type skirt you wear over pants or shorts or over another skirt.
