I can not even remember most of what i have done in the last few days but i did take some pictures tonight of a basket i made. Well its kinda a basket, purse, thingy mabob. lol! It is a super long basket that if you put ribbon around it could be like a gift bag or a purse, if you rolled it down it would be a basket, if you left it up and open and put a handle on it, it would make for a great water/towel bag for the gym. I also started this purple scarf thingy. I didnt know what i was making or what to make i just wanted to feel yarn in my fingers. So i went to town and ended up with this. I am not sure what i am going to do with it yet. I have considered sewing it to the end of a skirt for Brenna, but it also makes for a very funky scarf so who knows.
Today while making dinner i left the tv on food channel (not a good idea for me, im very easily influenced) well this lady was making some awesome looking cookies. So i of course get a wild hair and decide i need some thing sweet also, i threw out the pineapple upside down cake a couple days ago. So what do i make? Yep a pumpkin pie. lol! It was so yummy, i actually ended up making two and freezing one for when my mom comes here.
Oh and before i go did you all watch So you think you can dance? I am thrilled Janine won! Too bad i cant spell her name. lol! Any how i have been on a folding laundry binge, this doesnt happen often so i suppose i should stay in the moment.
