Here is the tutorial for the strawberries *click here*. I found her page from this blog *click here*. Very exciting stuff. i did my strawberries with felt top leaves and then added a pretty contrasting green rope to attach the other so i could tie this in my daughters hair. Fair time is coming up and nothing like some fresh strawberries in your hair to fit in to the country atmosphere. I did all of mine by hand, which took forever so i suggest breaking out the sewing machine. lol!
Yesterday i got a wild hair to try to make some wash clothes for washing dishes or washing stuff. Not bodies though i wanted it to be kinda tough. Well last time i went crazy buying yarns-n-what not i bought some very sturdy yarnish stuff that i thought i would make some slippers out of. I figured since it was tougher they may last longer, well i made a pair and they were horrible so scarp that. lol! I have two more rolls of the stuff so i just picked up a hook and did what my mind said to do. lol! I ended up with three very different circle wash rags and a towel that would hang very nicely on your stove or a towel rackish thing, but they are all mini size. Super cute so you can use it or i bet some kids/my kids would love it. I am not sure what i am going to do with this set just yet. But i really like it. I made an extra circle rag for my self and washed my dishes today, worked fantastic. Super absorbent and rubs off food great. lol! Any how i had fun making them and using them. Sorry no pattern or directions, i just kinda do it... Hmmm what to make tomorrow. LOL!
