We saw a fox!

I have been working so hard on my husbands fathers day blanket, literally every single second i get free im crochetting the silly thing. The squares are all done now is the putting it together part that is taking forever! GRRRRR! But it will be done this weekend come hell or high water, it has to be sent off my the 15th in order for it to get to him in time. Yes it will get done, i keep telling my self.

Tonight i took the kids out for a walk, what fun we had. We walked a very long ways from home this time. I wanted to see how long my children could hang, and my son just woke up from a very long, very late nap and i needed to tire him out. So we walked to a lake here on base for sake of checking out the Geese. Well they were there and beautiful, nope didnt bring my camera im an idiot. We hang out a bit then the bugs get really bad cause were so close to water and i turn around to head back and my son lags behind checking out every single rock, clover and speck of dirt he can see from his height. When i turn around to get him i see that no more than ten feet away from us is an artic fox. I told the kids to whisper and watch him, and he didnt ever see us! The geese were chasing him, lol! He must have been close to their nest. It was the coolest thing ever. My kids were so excited, my daughter showed me how her heart moved when she saw him. But, she wasnt afraid she was so excited! My son was more in love with all the people on four wheelers running all over base. His favorite was the girl that stopped and waved to him, ha ha ha. So it was a great ending to our day. On a quicker earlier in the day note i got my truck all cleaned out, washed the inside, vaccumed and then i was tired so i quit. Tomorrow i plan on busting out the windex and then washing the outside. I gotta pace my self, i get sore quick these days. Once this baby decides to join us in the flesh i plan on doing lots more stretching. lol!
Well im to pooped to poop oh and i put in highlights tonight. Will post a pic tomorrow. Time for bed!
